These days, all a person needs to become a restaurant recruiter is a phone and computer. We are told by most of our clients (employers) that many restaurant recruiters lack experience and are unable to produce results. Often, information on candidates submitted is sketchy at best and the company is not clearly explained to the candidate seeking the job.
