need and know that all candidates will be within a 20 mile radius of that location
- Have prescreened, QUALITY candidates send directly to
your e-mail account within hours of that candidate posting their resume (being the first to contact a
potential candidate is of key importance!)
- Have the option to personally review each candidate OR
select certain candidates to be seen by other individuals; such as, General Managers or Area Managers or
Regional Managers

The way the RESUME BROKER works is that you will first select the Personnel Category you need. Personnel Categories are Crew/Hourly, Store Level Management, Multi-Unit Management and/or Corporate Office. Next you provide us with the address of the location where you need new employees plus your new employee profile. We will then commence the search and as we identify qualified candidates living within a 20 mile radius of your location, each candidate’s resume will be emailed to you as they are found. Each resume can come to you, or to anyone you choose or to all of you at once! If you are on vacation, this system is still working and sending resumes! Another thing that makes this so incredible is that the key to recruiting is being the first to get to that candidate. Candidates with strong resumes can get up to 20 calls a day. The RESUME BROKER works so fast and gets resumes to you or whomever you choose so quickly after being posted that you do have the ability to be the first to get to the strongest resumes.
Now, I’m sure you are wondering how the costs work. First, you select one of the Personnel Categories---hourly, store level management, multi-unit management and/or corporate office. Next, you select the length of time for which you wish to utilize our service. We refer to this as a Subscription and our Subscription time periods are 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months. For example our best rate is a 24 month Subscription for $300.00 per month. Our shortest subscription is 3 months and costs $450.00 per month. The next subscription is 6 months and is $400.00 per month. A 12 month subscription will cost $350.00 per month. Each Subscription allows you to either choose 1 Personnel Category and 2 locations each month or 2 Personnel Categories with 1 location per Personnel Category each month. Two locations in a month or 2 Personnel Categories with 1 location each may not sound like much; but actually, one location and a 20 mile radius can cover most major metropolitan areas! I’m not sure how large an area you need to recruit for but we have special rates for those companies who need more than 1 Subscription.
