We will then commence the search and as we identify qualified candidates, each candidate.s resume will be emailed to you as they are found. Each resume can come to you, or to anyone you choose or to all of you at once! If you are on vacation, this system is still working and sending resumes! Another thing that makes this so incredible is that the key to recruiting is being the first to get to that candidate. Candidates with strong resumes can get up to 20 calls a day.
