Manager-in-Training (MIT) program available for candidates with limited restaurant management experience or management experience outside the restaurant/food service industry. Starting salaries range from $25K to $35K. Great opportunity to advance to General Management levels within 6 to 24 months, depending on concept. Average earnings for GM's are $50K to $80K after bonuses. 3 to 5 years average to advance to upper level operations management and/or corporate level positions with earnings in excess of six figures.

Opportunities for Restaurant Managers. Starting salaries range from $28K to $60K. Will consider managers from all restaurant concepts for Assistant General Management and General Management positions. Advancement to GM positions are based on performance, experience level, and vary with each concept. Average earnings for GM's are $50K to $80K after bonuses. Great opportunity to advance to upper level Operations Management and/or corporate level positions with earnings in excess of six figures.

Opportunities for Multi-Unit Supervisor, Area Managers, and District Managers. Must have experience overseeing multiple units or locations in the food service industry. Starting salaries range from $50K to $100K depending on number of units responsible for, achievements, etc... Bonuses, car allowances, and other expenses included in package to total over a six-figure income. Regional Managers or Director of Operations positions are on an as-needed basis. Total packages range from $115K to $155K.
